Resume My resume is available for review of my background in teaching and librarianship. Please review this information and learn more about me as an instructional partner.
My utmost duty as a school librarian is to create a strong library program that supports student achievement. I believe that it is through teacher and librarian collaboration that I can fulfill my duty. When teachers and librarians get together to devise exciting lessons, research shows that students' learning significantly increases (cite an article here). I also believe that collaboration should extend beyond the teacher-librarian relationship and should involve librarian collaboration with students, parents, and the administration. If we all work together, we can create a phenomenal library program that serves as the learning hub of the school where we can offer the best lessons, resources and educational support for students and teachers. Our ultimate goals at Theon Elementary School and Library are to support the students in all aspects of learning, to increase literacy (in reading and information skills), to instill a love for reading into the children's hearts, and to ignite a spark in them to become life-long learners.

Resume RD2 is above. Aida, I added the library experience you mentioned below. I also added: Objective, Certifications, References. I'm not familiar with a "summary" on a resume. I didn't know what to do there. You did a great job Aida! Thanks!
I forgot to include in her library experience: "Collaborator with public library in joint events and material accessibility for Alexandria Elementary School students" or something like that.
